What you get from the program

Over a 6-month period, you will receive training and hands-on experience that matches your expertise, interests, and abilities, along with coaching from the MARS Returnship team. You will receive professional development through mentorship, guest speakers, and learning sessions within that time. To top it all off, we help you update your resume, provide mock interviews, and so much more in an effort to place you in a full-time role with one of our clients. After accepting a position with one of our clients, we will continue to offer long-term support and help you to fill any skills gaps.
