- Full Stack Development
- Data Analysis
- Project Management
- Test Engineering
- Cyber Security
What you get from the program
With MARS Returnship, you get the full package. We pride ourselves on offering a custom approach to support each returner in their journey back to their career.
Over a 3–6-month period, you will receive training and hands on experience that matches your expertise, interests, and abilities, along with coaching from the MARS Returnship team. Within that time, you will also receive professional development in the form of mentorship, guest speakers, and learning sessions. To top it all off, we help you update your resume, provide mock interviews, and so much more in an effort to place you in a full-time role with one of our clients. After accepting a position with one of our clients, we will continue to offer long-term support and help you to fill any skills gaps.
Perhaps the greatest benefit to joining the MARS Returnship program is the sense of community. The relationships you build with other returners who are in the same boat as you is an invaluable experience.
If you’ve been considering returning to your career, there has never been a better time. According to a report by CNBC, 57% of tech executives greatest concern is a shortage of labor. There is a huge imbalance between the number of job openings and the number of Americans looking for work.
Employers are eager for talent, and job seekers have the advantage.
